on Saturday, June 16, 2007, at 8:00AM – 3:00PM.

The purpose and Agenda of the annual meeting are as follows:  

1. Chairman's Report (Dr. Ola Kassim).

 2. Audited Financial Report (Audit Committee)

3. Election of Directors (50% as per 2005 AGM bye-law Amendment).

4. Transaction of other business as may properly come before the meeting of the General Members

5. Adjournment of the meeting.
